Welcome to Peaceful Seeside Psychology. By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services:

• Psychological therapy is provided to clients residing in Australia under the registration of Dr. Maryam Falahatpishe as a General Registered Psychologist (AHPRA PSY0002866308).

• For international clients, services are limited to mental health consultations, well-being coaching, and psychoeducation, and do not constitute clinical therapy or diagnosis.

1. Confidentiality:
   All sessions are confidential within the limits of professional and legal obligations. Information will only be shared with your consent, unless there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

2. Payment & Cancellation:
   Fees for services must be paid prior to the session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a full session fee.

3. Disclaimer:
   Our services for international clients are not a substitute for psychological or psychiatric treatment. We recommend seeking licensed clinical care in your country if required.

4. Jurisdiction:
   These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
